You can also use warm moist compress on the eyes. For this take 2 cups of warm water and mix 1 table spoon of oregano oil. After this take clean cotton cloth soak it into the water and place it on your eyes for 20 to 30 minutes.
#2: Try Vitamin D
If you have deficiency of Vitamin D then also you can be likely to have Vitamin D3 supplement and sit on the sunlight especially on early morning for at least 10 to 15 minutes each day to reduce the deficiency of Vitamin D. But if you are suffering from eye infections then wear sunglasses if you are going out in the sunlight.
#3: Dietary Changes
